Initial Consultation $150 (75 minutes)
This first visit involves a comprehensive evaluation of your health history and overview of your goals. Together, we will go through intake forms and check your food diary to gain a complete current and historical understanding of your nutritional status and lifestyle habits including exercise, sleep, stress, supplementation, medication, eating habits, bowel patterns and menstrual cycles. After this initial session we will have identified prioritized strategic nutrition and supplementation interventions as well as actionable advice related to lifestyle habits to get you started on the path to more optimized health.
