I love using this oil every week to help keep my hair stay strong and healthy. I find it is especially useful after being in chlorinated water to keep my hair from feeling dry and brittle. The oils used in the hair oil are rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins (especially vitamin E) and proteins.
Apply to clean dry hair, beginning at the scalp and massaging the oil down to the ends. Amount of oil needed depends on length of hair. My hair is shoulder length and I use about 15 drops. Tie hair in bun and leave oil on for at least 20 minutes. You can leave this oil on overnight for an extra nourishing treatment - remember to protect your pillow case with a towel. Wash hair thoroughly!
