This lavender eye pillow encourages relaxation. I love using during Savasana and before bed to help decompress after a long day. Directions: To heat this eye pillow, place in microwave for 45 seconds or less. To use as a cold compress place in freezer for 30-60 minutes before use.
LABEL/NO LABEL OPTION: labels are expensive and if you are just purchasing this eye pillow for yourself you will probably be taking it off and throwing it out which is why I offer an option of no label. Your eye pillow will arrive label free wrapped in tissue paper. If you choose the label option your eye pillow will arrive with the label as seen in the above photos and wrapped in tissue paper. I do recommend purchasing the label option if this is a gift so the receiver knows how to use and wash the eye pillow.
